You know how movies sometimes insult your intelligence? Other times, they just assault your intelligence.
A word of warning: Storm Warriors 2 will grab your intelligence by the scruff, give it a beating of the lifetime, drug it with horse tranquilizer, then throw it into a wet ditch on a cold night. All the while making “Yo mama” jokes.
It appears the writers (Pang Brothers) wrote this with one rule in mind: “plotlines are for PUSSIES”. Okay maybe they had a second rule: “dialog is for PUSSIES”. Unluckily for us viewers, the Pang Brothers are not pussies. The result is a movie which offers no reason, no excuse for anything to happen. It’s mostly about these two guys, Cloud & Wind, getting it on. In a Kungfu sense. Not in a gay porno sense.
Whatever points I’d give for the overdone graphics, I’d subtract for the pointless story and wooden acting. My advice: rent this, get drunk, turn off the sub titles and have fun redubbing the movie. Much Kungfu chopsocky gold to be picked out of this nose.
